This collection is inspired by the Code of Hammurabi, a Babylonian legal text whose primary copy was inscribed on a basalt stele. If we compare a stele to a book's prologue introducing a chapter of history, then epigraphs are like the writings of time, helping us recollect the lost stories of humanity. 

The design incorporates elements found in Western European stained glass painting and Celtic art with vintage decorative patterns and celestial symbols to create a timeless, solemn overall look bespeaking grace, authority, and mystique. We hope to transport you to a faithful bygone era and provoke thoughts on the universe's order, the circulation of energy, the passage of time, and the magnitude of Mother Nature.
