I bought the synergy 12 on the 5th of January 2025 and I got it in 4 days very fast but I must admit that the packaging was beautiful in purple but I was very disappointed on how tiny Almost of them were plus worst of all there was no certificate of authenticity but overall the shipping was fast but without shipping tracking number but even without tracking number it arrived fast but
I believe it is a new store and have a lot of learning to do so I am not all that mad I will still order again from the store in the future
