Mtorolite, also known as chrome chalcedony, is a rare green variety of chalcedony colored by chromium. It's mostly found in Zimbabwe (notably near Mtoroshanga, which gives it the name “Mtorolite”), and it's prized both as a gemstone and for its metaphysical properties.
